Julia Lacy Armstrong Licensed in New Mexico and Texas
Partner, has Bachelor of Arts and Master
of Science degrees from the University
of Michigan, and took her law degree in
1984 from the University of Texas School
of Law. She has practiced principally in
the areas of construction, commercial
and real property transactions, and
related civil litigation, including the
investigation of title insurance claims.
As an Assistant Attorney General for the
State of Texas, she Since moving to New Mexico, Mrs. Armstrong has built on this foundation to develop the Firm’s capabilities in real estate transactions, title issues, and related litigation.
